I am looking to find someone that would like to enter into a landtrust to own three duplexes.
They are 1602, 1606, and 1608 West 900 South in SLC. I want only 12K as a "down" and payments would be $1075 for each one.
Rents are $650 and $625. Tenants pay their own utilities except for water, sewer,etc. which amounts to about $80/month.
Each unit is 780 sq.ft. and has 2 beds 1 bath, w/d hook-ups, storage unit, off-street parking, and each has their own fenced yard.
Can't handle managing anymore. Let me know ASAP. Can be bought separately as well.
