1. Personally I don't use "lists" or direct mail. I make personal phone calls only. Its free and I get to talk to each person listing or selling a home. I simply tell them I'd like to make an offer on their home and start asking questions. This is not to say you shouldn't use lists, I just don't my self or see the point.

In Salt Lake you can subscribe to "The Record" which lists all NODs etc. Or you can work with a Title Company that may provide them to you for free if you use them to close your deals.
I also network a lot with other investors and especially Realtors. 90% of my deals are referrals from Realtors, and all over the country.
2. I do not answer questions. I only make offers. All their initial questions should be answered in my offer. DO NOT send information, only send offers. Once they have received my offer, then I answer their questions via a phone call.

4. NO to mailing. YES to Personal Phone Calls. Do not hire someone else. Do it yourself using the scripts I provide you.
5. You do not ever need to explain the EHT to anyone. Just make your offer and it will be "Esplained". Then we just answer any questions from there. Your job is to only make calls and complete questionnaires then send them to me to help you create offers. We will send out the offers and set up a follow up call to have ME answer the questions, not you. In time, over say 4 to 5 calls, you will have all the answers you need to go solo.
6. No "if", but when. Be more positive man! Use the scripts I will provide you. There are complete instructions in the scripts on what to do next, what to say, what to send and how to use me.

You have two choices. You can buy the DIY program or you can contract with Me and Dave via an Option and Power of Attorney to act as a principle on behalf of the other principles. If you choose to do it on your own, your on your own. If you want or need our help then we need to make you an offer just like we would any other homeowner. If you involve us then we would agree to a split of the freed up equity in the property via the LFC process.

I have decided to host another workshop for all those who wanted to but missed the last one. All those that attended the first one get in free. The new one will be LFC Mortgage Settlement and Marketing only. We will not discuss Sub-To with the EHT or have other speakers. It will be total training on LFC only.
